Hi,
I’m Petra, and two wonderful individuals call me ‘mummy’ ☺️.
My passion for fitness and sport ignited early in my life. As the youngest in my family, I admired my brother, sister, and cousins, all excelling in various sports, particularly athletics and gymnastics.
Movement, exercise, and sport have always felt natural to me. So, when the opportunity to work in the fitness industry arose, I couldn’t resist!
I understand that not everyone finds sports and exercise natural; some struggle or feel obligated to participate. My mission is to gently introduce them to exercise, beginning with basic, safe movements and gradually advancing from beginner to intermediate levels. Before they realise it, they start to enjoy exercising.
Exercise often opens doors to new opportunities, adventures, and friendships, while also promoting a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Most of the individuals I’ve worked with are women in their late thirties, forties, and beyond. My dedication to supporting them led me to deepen my knowledge, and in 2024, I became a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. This achievement had been a goal for several years, especially as I navigated perimenopause and became my own ‘guinea pig’.
I believe every woman is unique, and I approach my coaching with this in mind.
I’m also captivated by the life stories and motivations behind each woman’s ‘WHY’.
I understand the importance of building a strong body and mind, prioritising our health and that of our loved ones.
Becoming a mum in my late thirties, my dream is to stay fit and strong to witness my children well into their adulthood.
I’m on a mission to help as many women as possible thrive in the second half of their lives.
