Our Bootcamp classes are designed to challenge and inspire you, no matter your current fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our welcoming and supportive environment ensures that everyone feels included and motivated to push themselves to new heights.
During our 45-minute sessions, you'll engage in a dynamic mix of strength training, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), and core exercises. Using a variety of equipment including battle ropes and kettlebells, our experienced instructor (Petra) will guide you through a workout that targets every muscle group, leaving you feeling stronger, fitter, and more energised.
